As the Horizon Europe–funded GLAMMONS project approaches its conclusion, we are pleased to invite you to an online workshop dedicated to sharing the project’s key results and practical tools. The workshop is tailored specifically for professionals working in the GLAM sector (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, Museums) as well as the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs).

Format: Online
Facilitator: Ares Kalandides

During the session, participants will be introduced to a series of resources developed within the GLAMMONS project framework, designed to foster skills and strengthen organizational practices based on the logic of the commons. Specifically, the workshop will cover:

  • Code of Conduct: A framework of good practices and ethical guidelines for GLAM professionals, promoting principles of participation, transparency, accountability, and collaborative management.
  • Skills-development Toolkit: Practical guides and resources on participatory governance, funding models, collaborative cultural activities, digital capacity building, and evaluation methods.
  • Rescapper App: A free and open tool that allows users to document and geo-reference outdoor experiences through text, sound, images, and video, while maintaining full ownership of their data.
  • Blueprint for Digital Strategies: A step-by-step guide to developing digital strategies that enhance accessibility, co-creation, participatory management, and social impact.

By attending, you will gain insights into how commons-based approaches can be applied in cultural organizations, discover practical tools to improve everyday work, and explore new perspectives on collaboration and sustainability in the cultural field.
